I acknowledge that the club will be liable in the event of any accident, loss or injury only if they have failed to take reasonable steps in their duty of care for my child.

Payments

Monthly subscriptions are due on the 1st of every month. Please see the Registration Covering Letter for further details regarding payments and fees.

I agree to pay outlined 2022/23 registration and monthly fees in a timely manner. I accept failure to do so may result in termination of my/my child’s membership.

If you can not make the payments on time or are having difficulties for any reason, please discuss this as soon as possible with the Club Treasurer or Club Secretary where we will endeavour to come to a mutual arrangement.

Payments should be referenced with players full name and if possible reason for payment i.e. Subs, Camp, Hoody etc. so that payments can be allocated accordingly.

Our coaches and Club Officials give up their free time without payment. The Club cannot survive without all players paying fairly.

We operate a three strike rule, this means you will be given three separate opportunities with varying outcomes to make late payment or you will be removed from the club.

Photography & Filming

The Club recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in basketball. In accordance with the Club and England Basketball’s policy, where possible we will not permit photographs, film, video or other images of children to be taken or used without the consent of the child and their parent/guardians.

We will follow the guidance for the use of photographic and recorded images of children, a copy of which is in the England Basketball Safeguarding Policy. If at any time either the parent/guardian or the young person wishes their image to be removed from a website or future publications, this should be communicated in writing to the Club Welfare Officer or Secretary.

The Club will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. Where the Club has obtained parental and player consent, the club may give permission to the opposition to take images during a game. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately you should inform the club immediately.
